'Positive Start Program'
is a fantastic introduction to Tae Kwon Do and the Martial
Arts. This 4 - 6 month program allows beginners to make that
first important step in changing their lives. Qualified Black
Belt instruction provides a series of engaging lessons that
provide a practical beginning to self defence.
Students
are skillfully introduced into a personal development course
that ranges from Fitness to Balance & Coordination. A
Positive Start to Martial Arts moves forward with Tae Kwon
Do life skills and a self development program for everyone.
The program
also emphasises the importance of Life Skills in making a
significant change for the better, both in the way you conduct
yourself with others and in how you feel about yourself.

Positive
Start Life Skills
'The most difficult opponent you shall ever face will always
be yourself.' This saying has been paraphrased, reiterated
and quoted so many times, that it is hard to discover the
true owner of such wisdom. True, there will always be someone
faster, stronger, more flexible etc. that you may have to
face. But the underlying truth is, that more often than not,
the only person who stops you getting out of bed when the
alarm goes, who beats themselves up over size, weight or shape,
who gets paranoid about what others may think is yourself,
your own ego.
The Positive
Start course is a small step in the right direction, the pebble
in the pond, the straw on the camels back and any other wise
saying you can think of. Go on, take that small step. So many
people have looked back on their training and were glad that
they took it, no matter how long their personal journey was.
