The GTI annual Charity 100 Rounds of Sparring challenges GTI and non-GTI clubs to raise funds for local or national charities (must be a registered charity). Support your club's chosen good cause and get some valuable training in at the same time!

Challenge yourself to complete 100 x 1 minute rounds of sparring; or, if you prefer, sign up to complete 25, 50 or 75 rounds of sparring instead. You can also opt to complete 25, 50, 75 or 100 minutes of patterns if sparring isn't your thing. It's all about challenging yourself for a good cause!

GTI and non-GTI clubs are welcome to participate at this friendly and fun event!
